Information about sizes and pricing:

 

Image size 8" x 10" , matted in an 12" x 16" ($150-$175) 

Image size 12" x 16", matted in an 16" x 20"  ($250 - $275)

 

 Timelines:
8"x 10" pieces approximately take 1-2 weeks once started, depending on details.
12" x 16" pieces approximately take 2-4 weeks once started, depending on details.
*Please note that times are approximate for when I have started your piece, during my busy seasons, the timeline will vary depending on the commissions before your piece. So please keep that in mind when requesting, I will update you when I have started working on your piece.

Information about some of my work: 

 

The houses/works are drawn in several different ink tip pens (black and gray) and then I add splashes of watercolour to give the painting life and warmth. This creates a beautiful contrast to the work, having the architectural elements stand apart from the lush background. I focus on certain details while fading others still keeping the resemblance of the house/property. The watercolour is usually added in the background (trees, flowers,shrubs) but I've painted in a red door that made it more personal, or added the warm glow of the lights on in the windows. I've also completed works that had bold splashes and subdued washes over the buildings, giving the piece a more painterly look. If there's something in particular you would like done, please let me know! 

 

If interested in a landscape of a city scene or area, please have reference photos that have one or two things that are detailed and in focus, which can be done in pen, and then the surrounding area would be completed less sharp and combined with the watercolours.

Please send image(s) that you are interested in me working from, let me know which angle/perspective is your favourite that you would like me to recreate in my own artistic way. If there's something that you would like added/subtracted from the photo, please let me know prior to getting started so that I can confirm the completion of such. 

 

If you would like me to take photographs myself (within a 20km radius of Tillsonburg), let me know the location and confirm that I can indeed take photo's of the location/building. I will then send you the photographs I have taken and we can agree upon the image you like the best. 

 

I will also need to know if there's details in particular that you would like painted, we can always re discuss this once you have seen a draft of the piece, prior to the final mat and frame. 

 

After confirming details: 

 

Once the order is confirmed, I require a non-refundable deposit of one-third of the cost up front and the rest upon completion. I will send you the completed work in an image and then once agreed upon, will mat and will arrange for delivery or pick up after receiving the final payment. (Delivery costs expensed to customer)
